Custom software development

Software built around how your company actually works.

Off-the-shelf tools make your team work the way the tool wants. We build web applications, internal platforms, and mobile software that fit your process, connect to the systems you already run, and grow with the business.

What we build

Four things we build. Two we build most.

Most of our work is web applications and custom internal software for B2B companies. We build mobile apps and websites too, on their own or as part of a larger system.

Core practice

Web applications

The system your team opens every morning: operations dashboards, admin panels, customer portals, and B2B SaaS. Built for real workloads, real permissions, and real data.

  • Operations dashboards and admin panels
  • Customer and supplier portals
  • Multi-tenant B2B SaaS
  • Role-based access and audit trails
Core practice

Custom software and internal platforms

When your process is your advantage, no product on the market will match it. We replace the spreadsheets, the manual steps, and the five disconnected tools with one system that works your way.

  • Internal tools that replace spreadsheets
  • ERP, CRM, and billing integrations
  • Workflow and approval engines
  • Migrations off legacy systems

Mobile apps

iOS and Android for teams in the field and customers on the move. One codebase, ready to work offline, published under your own accounts.

  • iOS and Android
  • Field and warehouse apps
  • Offline-first sync
  • Store publishing and releases

Websites

Corporate sites and landing pages that load fast, rank, and feed your pipeline. Your team edits them without filing a ticket with us.

  • Corporate and product sites
  • SEO and Core Web Vitals
  • Multiple languages
  • A CMS your team will actually use

Where it pays off

The areas that cost the most when they run by hand.

Most of our projects start in one of these areas and grow from there.

  • Operations

Orders, work queues, scheduling, and everything that lives in a shared spreadsheet today.

  • Sales and CRM

Quotes, pricing rules, pipeline, and commissions that a generic CRM cannot model.

  • Finance and billing

Invoicing, collections, approvals, and reconciliation wired into your accounting and tax compliance.

  • Supply chain

Inventory, warehouses, purchasing, and logistics with live visibility across locations.

  • Customer portals

Self-service for your clients: orders, documents, tickets, and status, without another email thread.

  • Integrations

ERP, e-commerce, payments, carriers, and the internal database no vendor wants to touch.

Signals

You probably need custom software when…

If more than two of these sound familiar, the manual work already costs more than the system would.

  1. 01

Your operation runs on spreadsheets that only one person fully understands.

  2. 02

Your team re-types the same data into three different systems every day.

  3. 03

You pay per seat for software you use a tenth of, and it still does not fit.

  4. 04

Your ERP, your online store, and your warehouse do not talk to each other.

  5. 05

Growing means hiring more people to do the same manual work.

  6. 06

Answering “how much did we ship last week” takes a full day of work.

How we work

From a first conversation to a system in production.

Short cycles, visible progress, and a working version in your hands early. Every stage ends with something you can open, test, and decide on.

  1. 01Typical duration: 1–2 weeks

    Discovery and scope

We sit with the people who do the work, map the process as it really happens, and define what the first version has to solve.

DeliverableScope, architecture, and a fixed quote

  2. 02Typical duration: 2–3 weeks

    Design and prototype

We design the screens and flows, and put a clickable prototype in front of your team before writing production code.

    DeliverableClickable prototype and design system

  3. 03Typical duration: 6–16 weeks

    Build

We build in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. You see progress and change direction while it is still cheap.

    DeliverableWorking software, sprint after sprint

  4. 04Typical duration: 1–2 weeks

    Launch

We migrate your data, train your team, and go live with monitoring, backups, and a rollback plan.

DeliverableSystem in production and a trained team

  5. 05Typical duration: Ongoing

    Evolve

We stay on for support, new modules, and improvements as the operation changes.

Engineering standards

What “production-grade” means here.

Everything we ship carries the same baseline, whether it is a landing page or the platform that runs your operation.

  • Security

Role-based access, encrypted data, audited dependencies, and secrets that never live in the repository.

  • Tests and CI/CD

Automated tests and a pipeline that deploys on every merge, so releases are boring.

  • Observability

Logs, error tracking, and alerts, so we find out before your users call you.

  • Performance

Fast on the devices and connections your team actually uses, not only on our laptops.

  • Documentation

Architecture notes, runbooks, and readable code, so any developer can pick it up.

  • Handover

Repositories, infrastructure, and accounts in your name, with a walkthrough for your team.

Technology

Proven technology, chosen for your case.

We pick stable, well-supported tools that your next developer will recognize. No framework of the month.

Engagement

Three ways to work with us.

Same team and same standards in all three. The difference is how the scope and the budget are set.

01

Fixed-scope project

A defined system, a fixed price, and a delivery date. We agree on the scope during discovery and hold it.

Best for

A first version, replacing a process you already know well, or a budget that has to be approved up front.

Includes

  • Fixed quote after discovery
  • Defined milestones
  • Warranty period after launch
02

Dedicated squad

A senior team working only on your roadmap, month to month, at the same cadence as an internal team.

Best for

Ongoing product work where priorities change and the scope keeps growing.

Includes

  • Monthly rate per squad
  • Your backlog, your priorities
  • Scale up or down with notice
03

Support and evolution

We take over a system that already exists, stabilize it, and keep improving it.

Best for

Software already in production, inherited from another vendor or an internal team.

Includes

  • Code and infrastructure audit
  • SLA for incidents
  • Continuous improvements

No lock-in

The system is yours. All of it.

Your code lives in your repositories, your infrastructure runs in your accounts, and your data never leaves them. We sign NDAs and transfer intellectual property in the contract, not as a favor at the end.

  • Source code and full history in your repositories
  • Cloud accounts and domains in your company's name
  • Intellectual property transferred in writing
  • Documentation and handover for any future team

Questions

What companies ask us first.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on scope, and we will not give you a number before we understand it. Discovery takes one to two weeks and ends with a written scope and a fixed quote, so you approve a real budget instead of a range. If a product on the market solves it for less, we will tell you in that same meeting.

How long until we can use it?

A first version in production usually takes four to six weeks from kickoff, and a full platform three to six months. You do not wait until the end to see it: there is a working demo every two weeks.

Who actually writes the code?

Senior engineers on our team, in Mexico and in your time zone. No layers of subcontractors: the people in the kickoff are the people building it.

Can you work with our internal team?

Yes. We often start a system, hand it over documented, and stay on for reviews. We can also work inside your repositories and your process from day one.

What happens after launch?

You decide. Some clients take the system in-house with a full handover; others keep us on for support and new modules. Either way, everything you need to continue without us is already in your hands.

Do we need AI in this?

Only where it earns its place. Sometimes a well-designed form saves more hours than a model would. When AI does fit, we build it into the system instead of bolting a demo on top, with the same judgment we bring to our AI solutions.

We already have software that half works. Can you fix it?

Usually. We start with an audit of the code and the infrastructure, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and give you a plan to stabilize it before adding anything new.

Tell us what your team still does by hand.

Send us a paragraph about the process that costs you the most time. We will come back with how we would build it, what it would take, and whether it is worth building at all.

The first conversation is free. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
