UpskyAI is the controller of your personal data. We operate in Mexico, and this notice is governed by Mexican law.

The address for hearing and receiving notices related to the processing of personal data is available on request at info@upsky.org. You can also use that address for any questions about this notice.

We collect the categories of personal data needed to operate the site, respond to you, and, where applicable, provide our services:

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, company, role, phone number, and the content of your messages.
• Browsing and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data.
• Commercial and billing data when a contractual relationship exists: legal name, tax ID, billing address, and payment details.
• We do not routinely collect sensitive personal data. If you send it to us voluntarily, we will process it only for the purpose you indicated and with the corresponding safeguards.

If you use our products or artificial intelligence systems, we may also process the inputs, files, and outputs you provide in order to deliver the service. When a vendor is involved, it acts as a processor.

We process your personal data for the purposes described below. We distinguish purposes that are necessary for our relationship with you from those that require your consent.

• Provide, operate, and improve the site, products, and systems you ask us for.

• Send you communications about UpskyAI products, research, events, or content.
• Invite you to interviews, studies, or experiments you choose to join.

You may refuse or withdraw consent for secondary purposes at info@upsky.org, without affecting the purposes needed to respond to you or provide the service.

To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, write to info@upsky.org stating which processing you want to limit and a way for us to reply.

You can also stop optional communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those messages, when one is available.

As a data subject, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, as well as withdraw consent or request limits on the use or disclosure of your data.

• Access: know which personal data we hold and the conditions of its processing.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Cancellation: request that we stop processing and delete your data where applicable.
• Opposition: object to a specific processing activity for a legitimate reason.

To exercise these rights, send your request to info@upsky.org with your name, a clear description of what you are asking for, documents that prove your identity or representation, and a way for us to send the response.

We will respond within the timeframes provided by law. If the request is incomplete, we will ask you for the missing information so we can process it.

If you believe we did not properly handle your request, you may file a complaint with the Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, the authority competent for personal data held by private parties.

The site may use cookies and similar technologies to make pages work, remember preferences such as language or theme, and understand in aggregate how the site is used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some site features may no longer be available.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, taking into account the risk, the sensitivity of the data, and the state of technology.

We retain data only for as long as needed for the purposes described, and then for the periods required by legal obligations or the defense of rights. After those periods, we delete or de-identify the data.

Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this page, with the date of the last update. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you are aware of the current version. If a change requires new consent, we will ask for it before processing your data for that new purpose.
